2024 Bronze Quality Award Workshop

This Program is to be held via Swoogo on November 6th & 13th

(4 NAB Hours Available)

If your organization has thought about participating in the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award program, this is your opportunity to complete the Bronze Award application from beginning to end with coaching support along the way from our expert facilitator. This workshop is about more than an award; besides gaining a better understanding of what examiners are looking for and how to use the award criteria as an improvement tool, you will learn how to use the award process to focus, align, and accelerate your performance excellence efforts – becoming a high-performing organization.

VIRTUAL EVENT

This workshop will be held virtually on Swoogo over the following dates:

• Session 1: November 6 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm (ET)
• Session 2: November 13 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm (ET)

Additionally, optional office hours will be held November 15 and December 13 from 2:00 – 3:00 pm (ET)

SPEAKERS

Our Speaker this year is Cathy Bergland. Cathy is the lead consultant for CB Leadership Group, an organization focused on Leadership Development, Intercultural Competence, and Performance Excellence. Cathy has more than 35 years of experience in older adult services, serving at Presbyterian Homes & Services in various facility and corporate based functions. She also has 15 years of experience with the Performance Excellence Criteria with both the state of Minnesota and AHCA/NCAL, where she is a Board member, Judge, Trainer, and Examiner.
